Nicki Minaj was among the performers at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards. She performed Queen cuts “Majesty,” “Barbie Dreams,” “Ganja Burn,” and “FEFE” in a pre-recorded segment from the Oculus in Downtown New York. Watch below. Nicki has now performed at five straight MTV Video Music Awards. Last year, she did “Swish Swish” with Katy Perry. In 2016, she and Ariana Grande performed “Side to Side.” Back in 2015, she took the stage with Taylor Swift. And in 2014, she did “Anaconda” and “Bang Bang.”
Queen recently debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, beat out for the top slot by Travis Scott’s Astroworld. In response, Nicki criticized Travis’ album rollout. She also called out Spotify, claiming that she was being punished for debuting her record during her Beats 1 radio show. A Spotify representative replied, “The company continues to be big fans of Nicki.”
