As a little holiday treat, the rapper shared new tracks titled "Best Interest" and "Group B" on Monday (Dec. 23), which didn't make it to the final version of the album.
"A song that i never got to fully finish from IGOR sessions," Tyler explains of "Best Interest" in its YouTube description. "Didn't want it to sit on a hard drive. Filmed with no music, with hopes that it would sync up, a success!"

Running just over two minutes, the soulful piano-laden melodies of "Best Interest" would've fit in perfectly with Igor's captivating and romantic themes. In the video, Tyler is seen on a boat riding through a marsh while crooning in a high-pitched tone. He then flips to rapping at the halfway mark: "I'm the side n---a, I gotta sneak up, run and hide with ya/ I wanna see ya, give me five minutes/ Paparazzi probably got like five pictures."
As for the latter rough draft, Tyler calls "Group B" as a "hard n----a sheesh" on Twitter by layering his signature, spitfire rap onto a constant looping soulful sample. He immediately references Gilligan's Island -- "Ayo, bucket hat like I'm Gilligan" -- before packing on more name-checks. Unlike "Best Interest", "Group B" doesn't get the music video treatment and features a raindrop-stained red car as the song's cover art.
Igor -- Tyler, the Creator's fifth album -- was released in May. It became his first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and recently received a Grammy nomination for best rap album.
