In addition to his Dive Bar Tour show, the Bay Area rapper will also bring a two-day pop-up shop called Gerry's to his "second home," partnering with Bud Light on a clothing capsule collection that will be available at the New Orleans shop Aug. 29 and 30 and via his own web store.
"I'm stoked to do another event with my friends at Bud Light," G-Eazy said in a statement announcing the team-up. "I got my start in small dive bars in New Orleans, so it’s full-circle to go back and play there now, there was no way I was turning that down. I consider New Orleans to be my second home, so I can’t wait to bring this show and the Gerry’s pop-up shop to all my friends and family there."

John Mayer kicked off the 2017 Bud Light Dive Bar tour on July 26 with a stop at Los Angeles' 500-capacity Echoplex venue. Lady Gaga -- who launched the inaugural three-date Dive Bar Tour last fall in support of her then-new album Joanne -- is still set to hit a yet-undisclosed location this year after having to postpone her originally scheduled Las Vegas date due to Joanne World Tour rehearsals.
For fans who can't make it to New Orleans or to Gaga's upcoming stop, all Dive Bar Tour shows will be live-streamed on the Bud Light Facebook page.
"G-Eazy has been a friend of Bud Light since the very early days of his career, so when we were thinking about artists we wanted on the Bud Light Dive Bar Tour this summer, he was an easy choice," Bud Light vice president Andy Goeler said in the statement. "After an amazing show with John Mayer in Los Angeles, we’re excited to keep the Dive Bar Tour momentum going with G-Eazy in New Orleans and to see him rock the Dive Bar Tour stage with his signature style."
