The melancholy track, co-written by Henry Agincourt Allen, who is professionally known as King Henry (Major Lazer, Beyoncé, Madison Beer), details the delicate balance between solitude and a longing to connect and share a spark with someone else as Sloan croons that she's "talkin' to voices in my head/because at least they're listening" -- something that anyone can relate to who has ever had trouble opening up.
In the past, Sloan has co-written with Charli XCX and Camila Cabello, and has had her lush vocals appear on Kygo's “This Town” and Odesza's “Falls."
