The clip opens up with the gang robbing a convenience store with their faces covered in black ski masks to protect their identity while making an escape.
Millicent Hailes helms the pretentious visual in her hometown. She previously worked alongside Lil Uzi Vert and Young Thug to direct their "Up" video. "It was really cool to shoot 'Nephew' in my hometown. Having the city of London in the background was super great. Both Smokepurpp and Lil Pump are brilliant to work with," she explains via press release.

The intoxicating tune interpolates elements of the loose-flowing "Womp Womp"from Jeremih and Chicago's Valee. "Nephew" could land on Smokepurpp's anticipated Deadstar 2 follow-up, which remains without a cemented release date. Lil Pump's Harverd Dropout mixtape is also slated to finally drop next Friday (Aug. 17), coinciding with the "Gucci Gang" artist's 18th birthday. His Lollapalooza set was cut short over the weekend (Aug. 3), with no further explanation from festival officials.
"Lollapalooza, listen up. That's was some fuck shit. Y'all stopped my whole set because everybody was fuckin' mosh pitting too hard. People were fainting. I stopped the show and got everybody that was fainting and they still cut my set off 'cause everybody mosh pitting too hard. It was about to cause a riot," he claimed on Instagram live.
